It is very important that your Uniform and Volunteer Badge be picked up prior to Tournament Week. If you will not be in town, have a friend or family member do it for you. Late pick up will held on Monday, February 24th.
If you have any questions about your assignments, work schedules, the meetings, or uniform pick up, please contact your Committee Chairman or Marshal Hole Captain.
Volunteer Meetings and Uniform Distribution will be in PGA National Resort. You may park anywhere in the hotel parking lot. Enter at the Red Awning to the right of the hotel main lobby entrance and follow the signs.
Every volunteer will receive a Name Badge. This is the credential that allows you entry into the tournament all week. You must have your badge before going to Uniform Distribution. Some committees must have Photo Badges (see the list of committees below).
Volunteers on the following committees must have Photo Badges. Please send a digital .JPEG photograph (shoulders and up) to firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid long lines for photographs and badging. If you don't send a picture in, you should plan to arrive up to one hour early so your photo can be taken and a badge produced prior to your meeting.
You may pick up your uniform and other volunteer amenities just before your committee meeting. You must have your Badge in order to pick up your uniform.
You will receive a uniform shirt and cap (or visor) with The Honda Classic logo and two weekly ticket books (one for juniors) to The Honda Classic. You must provide your own KHAKI pants (long or short for both men and ladies).
