The RBC Wine Garden has become a tradition now at The Honda Classic and will return for a third year to the 17th hole as a public hospitality option for spectators attending The Honda Classic.
The tournament will again partner with RBC to present the 2,000 square-foot hospitality area which will provide all spectators with sampling opportunities from a variety of winemakers along with covered seating with unobstructed sightlines to the most energetic location on the tournament grounds.
Wines from various parts of the world will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle in addition to wine labels owned or licensed by Honda Classic past champions Jack Nicklaus, Ernie Els and Luke Donald. The covered casual seating area is open to the public as they sample the wines.
The selected wines for 2012 are Chalone Vineyard Monterey Chardonnay, Stella di Notte Pinot Grigio, Chalone Vineyard Monterey Merlot, Chalone Vineyard Monterey Cabernet Sauvignon, NewHarbour Sauvignon Blanc, Crème dy Lys Chardonnay, Novarro Correas Malbec, Sterling Meritage, Chalone Monterey Pinot Noir, Rosenblum Paso Robles, Luke Donald Chardonnay, Chalone Estates Chardonnay, Jade Mountain White Blend, Jack Nicklaus Cabernet Sauvignon, Ernie Els Big Easy, and Stella di Notte Prosecco.

It's a venue for people who want a little different environment while watching the golf tournament. We continue to feel that it dove tails well with the Palm Beach County community."
Wine Tour Paks, which will consist of an any day tournament ticket with parking, three two-ounce wine samples of choice, one full glass of wine and coupons good for benefits at eight area restaurants, are being sold for $60. The eight restaurants are I-Bar at PGA National Resort, Jupiter Island Grille, The Bistro, Brio Tuscan Grille, III Forks, Jupiter Island Grill, Cantina Laredo, Burger Bar and Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza.
The 2012 edition of The Honda Classic will be played February 27-March 4 at PGA National Resort & Spa. The tournament, Palm Beach County's largest sporting event, awarded $1,266,422 to area children's charities in 2011.
Individual daily tickets can be purchased in advance for $20 (Tuesday), $30 (Wednesday), and $40 (Thursday through Sunday). Tickets are $5 more at the gate.
